After applying, being interviewed, and if accepted to join our team of aircraft broker professionals, we will teach you to broker and list all types of aircraft in your assigned (sector) area. The aircrafts involved would include, but not be limited to:
As a Puget Sound Commercial Area Aircraft Brokers, you will have an exclusive area (sector), which includes at least 500 five hundred (500) high performance airplane and helicopter owners. A sector is defined as a client base of as many aircraft owners, which one Area Broker can service effectively. You can expand your area (sector) simply by doing an additional 500 newsletter mailings to that area and paying the additional support fee.
When an aircraft sells, commissions are paid in a fashion similar to commissions in the real estate industry between brokers and agents. For example:
Scenario 1 – You, the agent, are paid 70% of gross commissions if you list the aircraft and sell the aircraft and 30% is paid to USA Aircraft Broker’s brokerage firm.
Scenario 2 – You, the agent, are paid 50% of gross Broker’s commissions if you sell an aircraft listed by another Broker.
Your complete Turn Key Start-Up investment to become an Area Broker includes: online classes, video training tape, operational manual, all contracts and forms, business cards, a listing of your Area Broker Location on our Puget Sound Commercial Aircraft Brokers Web Page, and the first 500 USA newsletters or fliers mailed to 500 high performance aircraft owners in your area. Business Opportunity Finance Options:
Option 1: One-time startup cost of $4,600.00, with a $185 per month service fee.
Option 2: We can finance $2,300.00, 50% of the $4,600.00 one-time start-up cost at $100.00 per month at no interest for 23 months and a $185 per month service fee. *Any remaining balance of the financed portion on either package will be due upon closing of your first sale.
